Prefabricated house and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the field of constructional engineering, in particular to a prefabricated house and a construction method thereof.The prefabricated house comprises a house body and a connecting device, the connecting device comprises a fixing steel bar, an exhaust ring plug and a connecting sleeve, a mounting cavity is formed in the bottom of the house body, and one end of the connecting sleeve coaxially sleeves the periphery of the fixing steel bar; the exhaust ring plug is slidably connected to an inner cavity of the connecting sleeve and divides the inner cavity of the connecting sleeve into a grouting section and an exhaust section, a grouting runner is formed in the surface, close to the fixing steel bars, of the connecting sleeve and communicates with the grouting section, and an exhaust runner is formed in the surface, close to the foundation, of the connecting sleeve and communicates with the exhaust section. According to the prefabricated house, through the arrangement of the fixing steel bars, the exhaust ring plugs and the connecting sleeves, air is not prone to being reserved in cement paste of the grouting section, after the cement paste is solidified, micro air holes are not prone to being formed in concrete, the connecting strength of the house body and the foundation is improved, and therefore the using safety of the prefabricated house is guaranteed.
