The invention discloses a splicing structure and method of a steel structure for building a large venue, the splicing structure comprises a main beam, an edge beam and a cross beam, the outer wall of one side of the main beam is integrally connected with a connecting block, the interior of the connecting block is slidably connected with an extrusion block, a moving block and a trapezoidal block, and the inner wall of the connecting block is provided with a push-back spring connected with the extrusion block; and return springs connected with the moving blocks are arranged on the inner walls of the connecting blocks, and extrusion columns are in threaded connection with the outer walls of the bottoms of the trapezoidal blocks. The boundary beams are spliced and fixed with the main beam through the connecting blocks without direct welding, so that the problem that the quality of a steel structure is influenced by a heat treatment area is avoided; meanwhile, a plurality of screws do not need to be used for splicing the edge beams and the main beams, so that the splicing process is more convenient, and the splicing efficiency is further improved; by means of the structural design mode that the side beam is pulled back by a certain distance towards the main beam through the pull-back structure, the problem that collision is likely to be caused when an existing side beam and a main beam are hoisted and spliced at a short distance is solved.
本发明公开了一种大型场馆建造用钢结构的拼接结构及方法,包括主梁、边梁和横梁,主梁一侧的外壁上一体连接有连接块,且连接块的内部分别滑动连接有挤压块、移动块和梯形块,连接块的内壁上设置有与挤压块相连接的回推弹簧,且连接块的内壁上设置有与移动块相连接的回移弹簧,梯形块底部的外壁上螺纹连接有挤压柱。边梁通过连接块与主梁拼接固定,没有直接焊接,避免了出现热处理区导致的影响钢结构质量的问题;同时也无需使用多个螺丝对边梁和主梁拼接,使得拼接过程更加的方便,进而提高了拼接的效率;利用回拉结构将边梁向主梁回拉一段距离的结构设计方式,还解决现有边梁和主梁吊装拼接时近距离容易造成磕碰的问题。
