本发明涉及新型木石复合地板技术领域，且公开了一种新型木石复合地板及其制备方法，通过特殊油漆处理的硬质木单板作为面板，粘贴在石塑复合材料SPC基材上，半硬质片材塑料LVT作为底板贴在SPC基材背面，制备得到新型木石复合WSPC地板。本发明所述的新型木石复合地板及其制备方法，地板表面美观、触感较好，当Ag@TiO2添加量为1.5％时，抗菌性能可达到LY/T1926—2010抗细菌Ⅰ级，抗真菌0级的要求；经多种化学药品污染测试，表面没有明显污染痕迹，具有良好的耐污、耐腐蚀效果。
