The invention relates to a cast-in-place haunched plate formwork supporting device and a haunching method. The cast-in-place haunched plate formwork supporting device comprises an upper assembly, a supporting assembly and a base. The upper assembly comprises a haunched plate formwork, a steel bar structure and square timber. The supporting assembly comprises a jacking structure, a transverse rod, a vertical rod, an inclined rod, a transverse diagonal bridging, a vertical diagonal bridging and a base plate. The base is provided with a telescopic structure, and the length of the vertical rod can be adjusted. Mounting a base component, erecting a transverse diagonal bridging and a vertical diagonal bridging, and then mounting a supporting component: after the supporting component is erected, arranging steel bars which are bound along a main beam and a secondary beam at the top of the supporting component; a haunched plate formwork is laid and installed on the upper portion of the overall assembly along the main body, and a steel bar structure is laid on the upper portion of the haunched plate formwork.
