The invention discloses a shaped adjustable steel mold device for an industrial wastewater pool and a construction method. The shaped adjustable steel mold device comprises an overflow weir groove width telescopic mechanism, an overflow weir outer mold adjustable supporting mechanism and an overflow weir bottom plate supporting structure. The overflow weir groove width telescoping mechanism and the overflow weir outer mold adjustable supporting mechanism are located above the overflow weir bottom plate supporting structure, and the overflow weir outer mold adjustable supporting mechanism is located on one side of the overflow weir groove width telescoping mechanism.
