The invention provides a hoisting construction method for a multi-layer large-span steel structure in a concrete frame, which comprises the following steps: arranging a crane running channel in a direction perpendicular to the span direction of the steel structure, ensuring clear height and clear width of the channel by a peripheral reinforced concrete structure, and reserving part of the concrete frame structure for secondary pouring when necessary; a cast-in-place concrete floor slab is optimized to be a steel bar truss floor support plate so as to reduce floor slab support, and a steel structure support form is optimized to be bracket support; preferentially constructing a peripheral reinforced concrete frame structure, then constructing a large-span steel structure, and then constructing a concrete floor slab. According to the construction method adopted by the invention, the construction period of a main body structure can be shortened, the cost input of large-tonnage hoisting equipment is avoided, the arrangement of large-area floor supports is reduced, and local inverse construction is realized to meet the important construction period node requirements; the problems that large-tonnage hoisting equipment on the periphery of a structure cannot be positioned and a conventional internal hoisting method cannot be realized are solved.
本发明提供了一种砼框架内多层大跨钢结构吊装施工方法,在垂直于钢结构跨度方向设置吊车运行通道,外围钢筋混凝土结构应保证通道净高和净宽,必要时预留部分砼框架结构二次浇注;优化现浇混凝土楼板为钢筋桁架楼承板,以减少楼板支撑,优化钢结构支撑形式为牛腿支撑;优先施工外围钢筋混凝土框架结构,再施工大跨钢结构,再施工混凝土楼板。本发明采用的施工方法,可以缩短主体结构的施工周期,避免大吨位起重设备的成本投入,减少大面积楼板支撑的设置,实现局部逆做以满足重要工期节点要求,解决结构周边大吨位起重设备无法站位以及常规内部吊装方法无法实现的问题。
