The dustproof sky curtain device comprises a supporting system and at least two groups of sky curtain units which are sequentially arranged in parallel, the supporting system comprises a first supporting assembly and a second supporting assembly which are arranged in parallel at intervals, and one end of the first supporting assembly and one end of the second supporting assembly are used for being connected with the ground; each group of backdrop unit comprises a first transmission system, a second transmission system, an opening and closing system and a backdrop net which can move up and down, the first transmission system is arranged on the first supporting assembly in an up-down moving mode, the second transmission system is arranged on the second supporting assembly in an up-down moving mode, one end of the opening and closing system is connected with the first transmission system, and the other end of the opening and closing system is connected with the backdrop net. The other end of the opening and closing system is connected with the second transmission system, and the awning net is laid on the opening and closing system so that the awning net can be unfolded or folded in the moving direction of the first transmission system and the second transmission system. The installation method is applied to installation of the dustproof awning device.
