The invention relates to a reinforced concrete beam-column joint reinforcing and force transferring structure connected by prestressed steel bars and a construction method thereof, existing reinforced concrete frame beam-column joints are reinforced by adopting externally-wrapped steel plates, and steel lug plates are welded on the steel plates and are used for connecting and transferring earthquake action to steel supporting members for structural reinforcement. The pre-stress steel bars on the beam are vertically arranged, penetrate through the through holes drilled in the beam, are anchored on the steel plates on the upper surface and the lower surface of the beam and apply pre-stress. The on-column prestressed steel bars are horizontally arranged, penetrate through the through holes drilled in the column, are anchored to the steel plates on the two sides of the column respectively and apply prestress. After the steel support and the beam-column joint are connected through the force transmission structure, the earthquake action borne by the structure can be reliably transmitted to a reinforcing steel support component, damage to the beam-column joint is further reduced under the rare or extremely rare earthquake, and the reinforcing effectiveness of the steel support is guaranteed. The reinforced force transmission structure is stable and reliable, the shear bearing capacity and the anti-seismic property of the beam-column joint can be improved, and the ductility of the joint can be improved through the prestressed steel bars.
本发明涉及一种预应力钢棒连接的钢筋混凝土梁柱节点加固传力结构及其施工方法,既有钢筋混凝土框架梁柱节点采用外包钢板加固,钢板上焊接钢耳板,用于连接并把地震作用传给结构加固用钢支撑构件。梁上预应力钢棒竖向设置,穿过梁内所钻通孔,锚固于梁上、下表面钢板上并施加预应力。柱上预应力钢棒水平设置,穿过柱内所钻通孔,分别锚固于柱两侧钢板上并施加预应力。本发明钢支撑与梁柱节点应用传力结构连接后,结构所受地震作用可以更可靠地传给加固钢支撑构件,在罕遇或极罕遇地震下梁柱节点的损伤也进一步降低,保证钢支撑加固的有效性。加固传力结构稳定可靠,可提高梁柱节点的抗剪承载力和抗震性能,预应力钢棒可提高节点延性。
