The invention discloses a liquid drainage wire outlet connector, a balance limiting stopper and a vehicle. The drainage wire outlet connector comprises an installation support and a guide support, the installation support is used for being fixed in a vehicle ground door and is provided with a containing cavity, the guide support is fixed to the installation support, part of the structure of the guide support is arranged in the containing cavity so as to form a drainage gap with the installation support, and the guide support is provided with a guide channel. At least part of the structure of the guide channel is contained in the containing cavity, the guide channel is used for allowing a stay wire in the balance limiting stopper to penetrate through, and the liquid drainage gap can prevent external liquid from entering an outer pipe of the balance limiting stopper through the guide channel. By means of the mode, the liquid drainage outlet connector can prevent external liquid from being accumulated in the using process of the balance limiting stopper.
