When a vehicle is too close to the charging pile, the two ends of the spring piece are synchronously stressed to contract, meanwhile, strong mutual exclusion force is gradually generated between the first magnetic rod and the second magnetic rod which are close to each other, and a counter-acting force is jointly formed to prevent the speed reduction baffle from being continuously extruded by combining the counter-acting force generated when the spring piece is compressed. And the reaction force is increased along with the increase of the extruded distance of the speed reduction baffle, so that the resistance of vehicle movement is gradually increased, the purpose of auxiliary stopping of the vehicle is achieved, and the situation that the vehicle continuously moves to collide and damage the charging pile body is avoided.
