The invention relates to the field of bridge construction, in particular to a bridge supporting and adjusting device and a construction method thereof.The bridge supporting and adjusting device comprises a base plate fixedly arranged on a vehicle, the base plate is rotationally provided with a supporting assembly used for supporting a bridge, the supporting assembly comprises a chassis used for containing the bridge, and the chassis is provided with a rotating block; the base plate is provided with a rotating groove used for allowing the rotating block to be inserted and allowing the rotating block to rotate. The supporting assembly further comprises a supporting rod rotationally arranged on the chassis and used for supporting the bridge and a limiting piece used for limiting the position angle of the supporting rod. The device has the effect of reducing abrasion of the bridge during transportation.
