Basalt-toughened color-altered durable polyurethane concrete and preparation process thereof
The invention provides basalt-toughened color-altered durable polyurethane concrete, which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 400 parts of isocyanate, 500 parts of combined polyether polyol, 6000 parts of graded quartz sand, 1500 parts of 4 white cement, 500 parts of fly ash, 500 parts of ferric oxide color material, 150 parts of basalt fiber, 1 part of catalyst and 20 parts of molecular sieve. The preparation process of the durable polyurethane concrete toughened and modified in color by utilizing basalt comprises the following steps: S1, drying part of raw materials to an anhydrous state, and uniformly stirring; s2, adding a catalyst into the dried combined polyether polyol, stirring and mixing, adding the mixture into the aggregate mixture obtained in the S1, and adding the dried basalt fibers in the stirring process; and S3, adding isocyanate, uniformly stirring, pouring into a mold, standing for 24 hours, and demolding to obtain the toughened color-modified durable polyurethane concrete. The structure has the advantages of being high in stability and durability and low in cost.
