The solid waste foamed ceramic material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 25-35 parts of coal gasification slag, 30-40 parts of coal gangue, 5-15 parts of sludge, 3-5 parts of red mud, 2-4 parts of a fluxing agent, 0.5-1.0 part of a foaming agent and 0.3-0.5 part of a foam stabilizer. The solid waste raw material, the fluxing agent and the foaming agent are reasonably selected, the proportion of the raw materials is reasonably controlled, and a specific roasting process is combined, so that the melt viscosity is matched with the pressure generated by pores, and the foamed ceramic material with a good pore structure, uniform pores, low volume density and heat conductivity coefficient and good mechanical properties is obtained; and the roasting temperature is obviously reduced, and the method has important significance on energy conservation and emission reduction.
