Fluoride microwave dielectric ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a fluoride microwave dielectric ceramic material, which comprises the following steps: heating and stirring NaF powder, NaCl powder and deionized water, carrying out wet ball milling, drying and molding on the stirred and dried powder and MgF2 powder to obtain a ceramic blank, and finally sintering at 600-750 DEG C to obtain the fluoride microwave dielectric ceramic material. The invention also discloses the fluoride microwave dielectric ceramic material prepared by the preparation method of the fluoride microwave dielectric ceramic material, and the main phase of the fluoride microwave dielectric ceramic material is NaF. The fluoride microwave dielectric ceramic material prepared by the invention has the advantages of simple process, low preparation energy consumption and excellent material performance, and is suitable for being used as a key basic material of microwave devices for LTCC (Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic).
本发明公开了一种氟化物微波介质陶瓷材料的制备方法,将NaF粉体、NaCl粉体、去离子水进行加热搅拌,搅拌后烘干的粉体与MgF2粉体经湿法球磨、烘干、成型后获得陶瓷坯体,最终在600~750℃烧结获得氟化物微波介质陶瓷材料。本发明还公开了由氟化物微波介质陶瓷材料的制备方法制备的氟化物微波介质陶瓷材料,所述氟化物微波介质陶瓷材料的主物相是NaF。本发明制备的氟化物微波介质陶瓷材料,工艺简单,制备能耗低,材料性能优异,适用于LTCC用微波器件的关键基础材料。
