The invention discloses a preparation method of a photocuring precursor of SiBOC ceramic and a method for 3D printing of SiBOC ceramic, relates to a preparation method of SiBOC ceramic, and aims to solve the technical problems of complex synthesis method, high manufacturing cost and low printing yield of the existing SiBOC ceramic precursor. The precursor preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 3-(trimethoxymethylsilyl) propyl methacrylate, bifunctional siloxane, a micromolecular siloxane mixture, a boron source, a catalyst and a solvent, heating and reacting to obtain a SiBOC resin mixed solution, and removing the solvent and the residual boron source to obtain a precursor. The preparation method of the SiBOC ceramic comprises the following steps: stirring and dissolving a precursor, an active monomer diluent, a photoinitiator, a light absorber and a polymerization inhibitor to obtain photosensitive resin; and after 3D printing is conducted through photosensitive resin, ceramization is conducted in a tubular furnace, and the ceramic part is obtained. The yield reaches 90-100%, the cost is low, and the method can be used in the field of SiBOC ceramics.
