The embodiment of the invention provides a shock absorption and noise reduction durable comb tooth type bridge expansion device and a bridge, the expansion device is arranged between two adjacent beam bodies of the bridge, and the expansion device is characterized by comprising a cantilever supporting structure and an anchoring structure which are correspondingly arranged on the two beam bodies; the anchoring structure is connected with the cantilever supporting structure and used for fixing the cantilever supporting structure to the beam body. The drainage structure is arranged in a beam seam between the two beam bodies; the two opposite ends of the drainage structure are connected with a structural body formed by the overhanging supporting structures and the anchoring structures on the two sides correspondingly. The overhanging supporting structures on every two adjacent beam bodies are arranged in a tooth-shaped meshing mode.
