Drainage construction method for bridge floor
The invention discloses a bridge floor drainage construction method, which comprises the following steps of: 1, prefabricating side-by-side drainage grooves and blind ditches communicated with the drainage grooves on a bridge floor structure according to a design drawing; 2, waterproof measures are taken at the blind ditches and the drainage grooves of the bridge deck structure; thirdly, the blind ditch is filled with a plurality of broken stones, and a first filtering piece used for isolating the broken stones from the water outlet is arranged in the blind ditch; and step 4, detecting the drainage effect, simulating the raining condition by a tester, and checking the ponding condition on the bridge floor structure to confirm the drainage effect. By reasonably arranging the drainage grooves and the blind ditches, rainwater between the drainage grooves is finally guided to the drainage grooves, and the problem of water accumulation between the drainage grooves is solved. In addition, the first filter part is arranged in the blind ditch, so that rainwater is not influenced to enter the drainage groove, and the conditions of gravel collapse and drainage groove blockage are also avoided.
本发明公开了桥面排水施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、根据设计图在桥面结构上预制并排的排水槽以及连通排水槽的盲沟;步骤二、对桥面结构在盲沟和排水槽处做防水措施;步骤三,盲沟内填充若干碎石,在盲沟内布设用于隔离碎石和排水口的第一过滤件;步骤四,检测排水效果,测试者模拟下雨的情况,再查看桥面结构上的积水情况,来确认排水效果。通过合理布设排水槽和盲沟,将排水槽之间的雨水最终导向至排水槽,解决排水槽之间积水的问题。另外在盲沟内设置第一过滤件,即不影响雨水通入到排水槽内,也避免碎石坍塌,堵塞排水槽的情况。
