The invention discloses a bridge walking type pushing method based on a distributed real-time network control system, which comprises the following steps of: arranging temporary piers by determining a pushing motion track line, arranging walking type pushing devices on fulcrums of the temporary piers, connecting each walking type pushing device with a sub-controller, connecting a plurality of sub-controllers with a main controller through a bus, and controlling the main controller through the bus. A distributed real-time network control system is formed, steel box girder splicing is carried out in a set splicing site, the distributed real-time network control system is operated, and different control strategies are executed according to different conditions to carry out incremental launching construction. The distributed real-time network control system can accurately realize single action, grouped action, group action, synchronous pushing, staggered pushing, translation pushing, rotation pushing and other operations of the walking type pushing device through computer software configuration, significantly reduces the complexity of the pushing construction process, reduces the dependence on manual operation in the pushing construction process, and improves the construction efficiency.
