Drop and torrent groove construction method
The invention relates to a drop and torrent groove construction method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a drop main groove part is prefabricated and produced; s2, drop and torrent chute foundation construction; s3, mounting of the main water drop groove part: S31, the main water drop groove part is hoisted for mounting, the top and the bottom of the main water drop groove part are placed on the two support cushion layers, and the fixing steel bars extend into the fixing holes; s32, fine aggregate concrete is adopted to fill the fixing holes, cement mortar is adopted to seal a gap between the side face of the main drop groove part and the foundation trench, and a plurality of exhaust holes are reserved; s33, bottom concrete is poured through a discharging opening; and S4, constructing a water inlet part and a water outlet part. Compared with a traditional overall cast-in-place concrete structure, the high-altitude action time is shortened, many challenges confronted by pouring concrete on a slope are reduced, and therefore the construction difficulty is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, the forming quality is guaranteed, and the safety risk in the construction process is reduced.
本发明涉及一种跌水与急流槽施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1:预制生产跌水主槽部分;S2:跌水与急流槽基础施工;S3:跌水主槽部分安装:S31:吊装跌水主槽部分进行安装,使跌水主槽部分的顶部和底部放置于两个支座垫层上,其中固定钢筋伸入固定孔中;S32:采用细石混凝土将固定孔灌实,采用水泥砂浆密封跌水主槽部分侧面与基槽之间的缝隙,并预留若干排气孔;S33:通过下料口浇筑底部混凝土;S4:施工进水部分和出水部分。本发明相比于传统的整体现浇混凝土结构,减少了高空作用的时间,也减少了在斜坡上浇筑混凝土面临的诸多挑战,从而降低了施工难度,提高了施工效率,也保证了成型质量,并且还降低了施工过程中的安全风险。
