Anti-deviation embedded part system
The anti-deviation embedded part system comprises pre-welding parts, plate-type embedded parts and full-length steel square pipes, the pre-welding parts are welded to the two sides of the waist of an I-shaped steel structural beam, a plurality of threaded holes are formed in the pre-welding parts, the plate-type embedded parts are fixed in a concrete floor, and the full-length steel square pipes are welded to the plate-type embedded parts. The full-length steel square pipe is welded to the plate-type embedded part above the concrete floor slab, the plate-type embedded part below the concrete floor slab is welded to an adapter square pipe, the welding square pipe is welded to a steel adapter, a plurality of threaded holes are formed in the steel adapter, and the steel adapter is welded to the through-length steel square pipe. According to the deviation-preventing embedded part system, when large deviation occurs, use of the embedded parts is not affected, the field installation efficiency is improved, compared with a traditional embedded part form, the use number of the embedded parts is effectively reduced, and use and arrangement of the embedded parts on a construction site are more flexible.
