The invention discloses a rotary swing column foot which comprises a steel column foot, an elastic body, an inverted-T-shaped steel shell and a foundation, the steel column foot comprises a short steel column, a bottom steel plate and stiffening ribs, the short steel column is perpendicularly welded to the bottom steel plate, the stiffening ribs are arranged on the peripheral side of the root of the short steel column, the steel column foot is embedded into the elastic body, and the elastic body is arranged on the elastic body.
