The invention belongs to the field of building structures, and provides a prefabricated composite floor slab connecting device and method. The device comprises a first composite floor slab, a second composite floor slab and an adjusting mechanism, the side face of the first composite floor slab is provided with a first protruding part, and the side face of the second composite floor slab is provided with a second protruding part. The first protruding part and the second protruding part are the same in thickness and are both of a non-axisymmetric structure. The first protruding part and the second protruding part are spliced on the same plane, the upper plane of the first protruding part is larger than the lower plane, and the lower plane of the second protruding part is larger than the upper plane. The lower surface of the first protruding part and the upper plane of the second protruding part are each provided with a first bolt hole. Insertion holes are formed in the adjacent side faces of the lower surface of the first protruding part and the adjacent side faces of the upper plane of the second protruding part. The adjusting mechanisms are fixed to the lower surface of the first protruding part and the upper plane of the second protruding part respectively.
