The invention relates to an intelligent driving system and an intelligent driving method.The method comprises the following steps that in the vehicle driving process, state information of a vehicle is obtained, the state information comprises vehicle speed information and door and window information, and the door and window information comprises vehicle door state information and window opening degree; the vehicle door state information comprises a door locking state and a door unlocking state; receiving voice information and image information of people in the vehicle, and determining an emotion getting-off trend value and an action getting-off trend value of the people in the vehicle according to analysis of the voice information and the image information; generating a risk degree according to the emotion getting-off trend value and the action getting-off trend value; and starting a door and window control instruction according to the risk degree, and controlling doors and windows of the vehicle based on the door and window control instruction. Real-time monitoring of the state of the person in the vehicle is achieved, and the situation that the person in the vehicle opens a door or jumps from a window to get off the vehicle in the driving process is effectively avoided.
