The invention provides light-weight, high-strength, heat-preservation and heat-insulation green concrete as well as a building block and a preparation method thereof. The invention relates to light high-strength heat-preservation heat-insulation green concrete which comprises a gel material, recycled fine aggregate, sludge ceramsite, water, a water reducing agent, a thickening agent and an air entraining agent, wherein the gel material comprises superfine slag powder and cement. The mass ratio of the gel material to the recycled fine aggregate to the sludge ceramsite to the water to the water reducing agent to the thickening agent to the air entraining agent is 1 to (1.4 to 1.97) to (0.54 to 0.72) to (0.36 to 0.44) to (0.1 to 0.14) to (0.01 to 0.03) to (0.01 to 0.05).
