High-temperature-resistant foamed ceramic wave-absorbing material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high-temperature-resistant foamed ceramic wave-absorbing material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of wave-absorbing stealth materials. The preparation method of the high-temperature-resistant foamed ceramic wave-absorbing material comprises the following steps: (1) preparing silicon carbide and calcium carbonate into mixed powder; (2) mixing the mixed powder, borax, sodium silicate, potassium carbonate, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and water to prepare slurry; and (3) dipping the foamed ceramic component in the slurry, drying and sintering to obtain the high-temperature-resistant foamed ceramic wave-absorbing material. The prepared foamed ceramic wave-absorbing material retains the original performance of the foamed ceramic to the maximum extent, the wave-absorbing performance is excellent, especially the wave-absorbing performance is not affected at the high temperature of 850 DEG C, and it is indicated that the prepared foamed ceramic wave-absorbing material has the excellent wave-absorbing performance and the excellent high-temperature-resistant performance.
本发明涉及一种耐高温泡沫陶瓷吸波材料及其制备方法,属于吸波隐身材料技术领域。所述的耐高温泡沫陶瓷吸波材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将碳化硅和碳酸钙配成混合粉料;(2)将混合粉料、硼砂、硅酸钠、碳酸钾、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素钠和水混合制成浆料;(3)对泡沫陶瓷构件浸渍浆料,并进行烘干和烧结,得到所述的耐高温泡沫陶瓷吸波材料。本发明所制备的泡沫陶瓷吸波材料最大限度地保留了泡沫陶瓷的原有性能,而且吸波性能优异,尤其是850℃高温对其吸波性能无影响,表明本发明所制备的泡沫陶瓷吸波材料具有优异的吸波性能和耐高温性能。
