Hafnium nitride composite coating and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of hafnium nitride coatings, and particularly relates to a hafnium nitride composite coating and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: spraying silicon powder on the surface of a carbon-carbon composite material substrate by adopting a plasma spraying method to obtain a transition coating; and spraying hafnium nitride on the surface of the transition coating by adopting a plasma spraying method to obtain a hafnium nitride coating on the surface of the transition coating, and obtaining a hafnium nitride composite coating on the surface of the carbon-carbon composite material substrate. The transition coating is sprayed on the surface of the carbon-carbon composite material substrate, so that the bonding force between hafnium nitride and the carbon-carbon substrate is improved, the hafnium nitride and the carbon-carbon substrate can be prevented from reacting, the reliability and the stability of the coating are improved, and the service life of the crucible is greatly prolonged. Compared with an existing carbon-carbon composite material surface coating material, the hafnium nitride composite coating prepared through the method has the excellent performance of being low in porosity, high in hardness and the like; therefore, the service life of hafnium nitride is prolonged.
本发明属于氮化铪涂层技术领域,具体涉及一种氮化铪复合涂层及其制备方法。本发明采用等离子喷涂的方法,在所述碳碳复合材料基底表面喷涂硅粉,得到过渡涂层;采用等离子喷涂的方法,在所述过渡涂层表面喷涂氮化铪,在所述过渡涂层表面得到氮化铪涂层,在所述碳碳复合材料基底表面得到氮化铪复合涂层。本发明在碳碳复合材料基底表面喷涂一层过渡涂层,提高氮化铪与碳碳基底之间的粘结力,且能够防止两者发生反应,提高了涂层的可靠性和稳定性,从而大大提高了坩埚的使用寿命。相比于现有的碳碳复合材料表面涂层材料,本发明制备的氮化铪复合涂层具有低孔隙、高硬度等优异性能;从而提高氮化铪的使用寿命。
