The invention relates to a construction method for in-situ solidification of quicksand and mucky soil, which comprises the following steps: arranging piles on a straight line section of a to-be-constructed road at intervals of a first preset interval, arranging piles on a horizontal curve section of the to-be-constructed road at intervals of a second preset interval, and arranging indication piles on the edges of curing agent treatment layers on two sides of the to-be-constructed road; calculating the amount of required dry soil, cement consumption and curing agent consumption, and mixing the dry soil, cement and curing agent into a mixture; conveying the mixed mixture to a road to be constructed for paving, and leveling by using a land leveler; when the water content of the mixture is the optimal water content, a road roller is used for rolling to form a curing treatment layer; the curing treatment layer is subjected to water spraying maintenance; cement is doped into surface soil, and then a soil stabilizer is doped, so that the strength, the water stability and the durability of a foundation are improved; and meanwhile, compared with a traditional treatment method, the construction period is shortened, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
