Static pile sinking construction method for combined pile of cap-shaped steel sheet pile and H-shaped steel
The invention provides a static pile sinking construction method of a cap-shaped steel sheet pile and H-shaped steel combined pile. The static pile sinking construction method comprises the following steps that (1) a first pile is pressed in till the pile top is exposed out of the ground; (2) a pile feeding rod is used for guiding a hole in the position of a second pile; (3) pressing a second pile until the top of the pile is exposed out of the ground; (4) the first pile is pressed to the preset depth through a two-time pressing-in method; (5) a pile feeder is used for guiding a hole in the position of a third pile; (6) pressing a third pile until the top of the pile is exposed out of the ground; (7) the second pile is pressed to the preset depth through a two-time pressing-in method; and (8) repeating the steps (5)-(7) until completion. The cap-shaped steel sheet pile and the H-shaped steel are combined, so that the bending rigidity of the section can be greatly improved, the static pile sinking construction method has small influence on the surrounding environment, the combined steel sheet pile can be repeatedly used, the whole construction process is green and environment-friendly, resources are saved, and the economical efficiency is good.
本发明提供一种帽型钢板桩与H型钢的组合桩的静力沉桩工法,包括以下步骤:(1)压入第一根桩至桩顶露出地面状态;(2)利用送桩杆在第二根桩位处引孔;(3)压入第二根桩至桩顶露出地面状态;(4)采用两次压入法将第一根桩压至预定深度;(5)利用送桩器在第三根桩位处引孔;(6)压入第三根桩至桩顶露出地面状态;(7)采用两次压入法将第二根桩压至预定深度;(8)重复步骤(5)‑(7)直至完工。本发明通过将帽型钢板桩与H型钢组合,可大幅度提高截面抗弯刚度,静力沉桩工法对周边环境影响小,有利于组合钢板桩多次重复使用,施工全程绿色环保,节约资源,经济性好。
