An inlet of the variable displacement piston pump sucks oil from the hydraulic oil tank, and an outlet of the variable displacement piston pump is connected with an oil port P of the reversing valve set. And the reversing valve group reverses the hydraulic oil to the rotary accessory according to a control signal output by the controller and then returns to the hydraulic oil tank through the radiator, or reverses the hydraulic oil to the radiator and returns to the hydraulic oil tank. The controller receives signals of the instrument, the control handle and the oil temperature sensor, carries out mode judgment and outputs corresponding control signals to the variable displacement piston pump and the reversing valve set.
