CFRP-aluminum alloy box type plate node
The CFRP-aluminum alloy box type plate joint comprises an aluminum alloy connecting rod piece, an upper CFRP cover plate, a lower CFRP cover plate, an upper aluminum alloy cover plate, a lower aluminum alloy cover plate, a cylinder, a sleeve, a sleeve, a CFRP inhaul cable, an adhesive, glass cement, an end plug and a clamping block. The upper CFRP cover plate and the lower CFRP cover plate are adopted as the middle layer, the aluminum alloy cover plates are connected with the rod pieces, and the mode that the cover plates and the rod pieces are connected through bolts in a traditional plate type joint is replaced. And the form that the CFRP inhaul cables are connected with the connecting rod pieces is adopted, so that the situation that stress between the connecting rod pieces of a traditional plate type joint is dispersed is improved. According to the connecting method, the stress concentration phenomenon caused by bolt tapping can be effectively avoided, the overall stability of the aluminum alloy connecting component and the aluminum alloy cover plate is improved, and the situation that the bearing capacity is reduced due to component cracking is prevented. The straight section is arranged on the inner wall of the embedded sleeve of the connecting rod piece, so that the notching effect caused by sudden release of extrusion stress at the small hole end is effectively avoided.
本发明公开了一种CFRP‑铝合金箱型板式节点,包括铝合金连接杆件、上CFRP盖板、下CFRP盖板、上铝合金盖板、下铝合金盖板、圆柱、套管、套筒、CFRP拉索、粘接剂、玻璃胶、端堵、夹块;本发明采用上、下两块CFRP盖板作为中间层,将铝合金盖板与杆件相连,替代传统板式节点中使用螺栓将盖板与杆件相连。并采用CFRP拉索与连接杆件相连的形式,使得传统板式节点各连接杆件之间受力分散的情况得以改善。本发明中使用的连接方法可以有效避免由螺栓开孔而导致的应力集中现象,提升铝合金连接构件和铝合金盖板的整体稳定性,防止构件开裂而降低承载力。本发明通过在连接杆件的内嵌套筒内壁设置平直段,有效避免了挤压应力在小孔端处突然释放而造成的切口效应。
