Transverse end plates are arranged on the two sides of the first web plate, the beam support is provided with a second web plate, the connecting plate is connected with the end of the first web plate and the second web plate, the L-shaped friction gusset plate is used for connecting the upper flange with the upper portion of the outer side flange and connecting the lower flange with the lower portion of the outer side flange, and the SMA stranded wires are arranged on the outer side flange and the transverse end plates. The method effectively solves the problem that the post-earthquake steel coupling beam is difficult to repair due to excessive residual deformation caused by shear failure of the web.
