The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, and provides a high-performance concrete composite heat preservation ribbed wallboard structure and a manufacturing method thereof.The high-performance concrete composite heat preservation ribbed wallboard structure comprises a wallboard assembly, a ribbed plate is provided with four side walls, and notches are formed in the two opposite side walls; the thermal insulation decorative plate is arranged on one side of the rib plate, and the side wall of the thermal insulation decorative plate shields one side of the notch to form a through groove; a first connecting strip and a second connecting strip are arranged in each through groove, the first connecting strip is used for being connected with the second connecting strip of the other adjacent wallboard assembly, the first connecting strip is provided with a plurality of first inserting blocks arranged at intervals, and the first inserting blocks are obliquely arranged and provided with first abutting slopes; the second connecting strip is provided with a plurality of second inserting blocks which are arranged at intervals, and the second inserting blocks are obliquely arranged and provided with second abutting slopes. By means of the technical scheme, the problem that in the prior art, prefabricated wallboard assemblies are directly installed on a wall, a connecting structure is lacked between every two adjacent wallboard assemblies, and the integrity is possibly weak is solved.
本发明涉及建筑技术领域,提出了一种高性能混凝土复合保温带肋墙板构造及其制作方法,包括墙板组件,肋板具有四个侧壁,其中两个相对的侧壁上设置有凹口;保温装饰板设置在肋板的一侧,保温装饰板的侧壁遮挡凹口一侧,形成通槽;每个通槽内设置有第一连接条和第二连接条,第一连接条用于与相邻另一个墙板组件的第二连接条连接,第一连接条具有若干个间隔排列的第一插接块,第一插接块倾斜设置且具有第一抵接斜面,第二连接条具有若干个间隔排列第二插接块,第二插接块倾斜设置且具有第二抵接斜面。通过上述技术方案,解决了现有技术中的将预制好的墙板组件直接安装在墙体上,相邻两个墙板组件之间缺少连接结构,可能造成整体性弱的问题。
