The invention discloses a masonry wall compression resistance reinforcing structure and method, and relates to the technical field of building reinforcement, the structure comprises a reinforcing rib, and one end of the reinforcing rib is arranged in an inclined hole in a masonry wall in a penetrating mode; the grouting material is poured into the inclined open holes in which the reinforcing ribs are inserted; the auxiliary reinforcing part is fixedly arranged at one end of the masonry wall, and the other end of the reinforcing rib penetrates through the auxiliary reinforcing part; and tensioning and locking are performed on one side of the auxiliary reinforcing part, or bending and anchoring are performed on one side of the auxiliary reinforcing part for fixing. According to the masonry wall compression-resistant reinforcing structure and method, home-entry construction is not needed, only oblique holes need to be formed in the masonry wall, constructional columns or wall pieces need to be additionally arranged at the outer end of the masonry wall, the use space of the two sides of the masonry wall is not occupied, part of vertical loads of the original masonry wall are transmitted to the outer end auxiliary reinforcing part through the reinforcing ribs, the pressure stress level of the original wall is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved. And in addition, in the inclined holes in the wall, the reinforcing ribs poured by the grouting materials are adopted, so that the vertical use load can be further transmitted to the outer end auxiliary reinforcing part, and the compression-resistant reinforcing effect is achieved.
