The invention provides an anti-misoperation locking system and method for a transformer substation, and the system comprises an anti-misoperation host unit which is configured to generate and transmit an operation task, and the operation task comprises a first operation step and/or a second operation step; the unmodified unit is provided with a first computer key of the transformer substation, and the unmodified unit is configured to receive a first operation step from the anti-misoperation host unit and operate an unmodified lock corresponding to the unmodified unit by using the first computer key according to the first operation step; and the transformed unit is provided with a second computer key of the transformer substation, and the transformed unit is configured to receive a second operation step from the anti-error host unit and operate a transformed lock corresponding to the second computer key by using the second computer key according to the second operation step. According to the embodiment of the invention, the operation safety is improved.
