Method for preparing thermal insulation material from coal byproducts and application of thermal insulation material
The invention belongs to the technical field of thermal insulation materials, and particularly relates to a method for preparing a thermal insulation material from coal byproducts and application of the thermal insulation material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, crushing, screening and mixing coal byproducts to obtain modified coal gangue, coal slag, coal ash and other raw materials; then, mixing the raw materials according to a certain proportion, adding the macromolecular adhesive and the functional additive, and stirring to form a mixture raw material; then, the mixture raw materials are subjected to compression molding to form a heat preservation core layer; and finally, adding a protective layer, a humidity control layer and a composite reflecting layer on the two surfaces of the heat-insulating core layer to obtain the finished heat-insulating material. The thermal insulation material is mounted on the inner and outer side surfaces of a building wall body through an adhesive or a fixing piece. The prepared thermal insulation material not only solves the problems of environmental pollution and resource waste of the traditional thermal insulation material, but also improves the thermal insulation performance, reduces the cost, and meets the requirements of the building industry on the environmental-friendly, efficient and low-cost thermal insulation material.
