The invention relates to the technical field of silicon nitride ceramic device preparation, and discloses a silicon nitride ceramic 3D printing forming technology, and the specific technological process comprises the following steps: mixing silicon nitride powder, a sintering aid and a dispersant, then carrying out ball milling, drying, crushing and sieving to obtain mixed powder; adding the mixed powder into a mixed solution of light-cured resin and a diluent, stirring, adding a dispersing agent, a photoinitiator and a polymerization inhibitor, continuously stirring, and filtering to obtain silicon nitride slurry; the 3D model in the computer is decomposed into layer-by-layer slices through slicing software, and a printer platform is coated; the silicon nitride slurry is poured into a 3D printer trough, printing is performed according to layer-by-layer slicing, layer-by-layer stacking forming is performed, a silicon nitride ceramic blank is obtained, and then degreasing and sintering are performed to obtain the silicon nitride ceramic. The technology is simple in process, high in efficiency and free of pollution, the silicon nitride ceramic curing film can be stably connected with a printing platform, and the prepared silicon nitride ceramic is good in curing effect and excellent in performance.
