The invention discloses a carbon fiber/carbon nanotube fiber composite carbon-based material and a preparation method and application thereof.The method comprises the steps that carbon cloth, matrix carbon and a carbon nanotube film are sequentially and alternately laid to form a green body; under the vacuum condition, the green body is sequentially subjected to hot pressing treatment, sintering heat treatment and programmed cooling treatment, and the carbon fiber/carbon nano tube fiber composite carbon-based material is prepared. According to the method, the carbon cloth and the carbon nanotube film are directly combined, the technical problems that during in-situ growth, due to material surface inertia, the growth of the carbon nanotubes is poor, and the reinforcing and toughening improvement effect on the carbon cloth is poor are solved, meanwhile, in the preparation process, matrix phase matrix carbon is directly added, and the preparation process is simple. The composite carbon-based material is prepared through one-step hot pressing treatment, sintering heat treatment and programmed cooling treatment, the preparation method is simple, and the preparation period is short.
本发明公开一种碳纤维/碳纳米管纤维复合碳基材料及其制备方法和应用,该方法将碳布、基体碳和碳纳米管薄膜依次交替铺叠,形成生胚;在真空条件下,对所述生胚依次进行热压处理、烧结热处理以及程序降温处理,制得所述碳纤维/碳纳米管纤维复合碳基材料。该方法直接将碳布与碳纳米管薄膜进行结合,避免了原位生长时,材料表面惰性导致的碳纳米管生长不佳,对碳布增强增韧改善效果不佳的技术问题,同时在制备过程中,直接加入基体相基体碳,经过一步热压处理以及烧结热处理和程序降温处理后制得所述复合碳基材料,制备方法简单,制备周期短。
