Hydrophobic non-autoclaved steel slag aerated concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of aerated concrete, in particular to hydrophobic non-autoclaved steel slag aerated concrete and a preparation method thereof, and the hydrophobic non-autoclaved steel slag aerated concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: steel slag, cement, lime, desulfurized gypsum, an air entraining agent, a foam stabilizer and a water repellent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the steel slag, the cement, the lime, the desulfurized gypsum, the foam stabilizer and the water repellent to obtain a mixed dry material, adding hot water, and stirring to form slurry; adding hot water into the aluminum powder paste, stirring to form dispersion liquid, adding the dispersion liquid into the slurry, and quickly stirring to obtain steel slag aerated concrete slurry; pouring the steel slag aerated concrete slurry into a mold to obtain a steel slag aerated concrete green brick; and transferring the steel slag aerated concrete green brick into a carbonization kettle for carbonization curing. The method realizes resource utilization of solid wastes, realizes permanent fixation of CO2 in the waste gas in the steel slag aerated concrete under natural conditions, eliminates the problem of poor stability of the steel slag, and improves the durability of the steel slag aerated concrete.
本发明涉及加气混凝土技术领域,尤其是一种憎水型免蒸压钢渣加气混凝土及其制备方法,憎水型免蒸压钢渣加气混凝土的原料为钢渣、水泥、石灰、脱硫石膏、引气剂、稳泡剂以及憎水剂。制备步骤:将钢渣、水泥、石灰、脱硫石膏、稳泡剂以及憎水剂混合均匀得到的混合干料中加入热水,搅拌形成浆体;将铝粉膏中加入热水搅拌形成的分散液后加入浆体中,快速搅拌得到钢渣加气混凝土浆体;将钢渣加气混凝土浆体浇筑于模具中得到钢渣加气混凝土砖坯;将钢渣加气混凝土砖坯移入碳化釜内碳化养护。实现了固体废弃物的资源化利用,实现了废气中的CO2在自然条件下永久固定于钢渣加气混凝土中,消除了钢渣安定性不良问题,提升了钢渣加气混凝土的耐久性。
