Pedestrian overpass box girder maintenance robot and maintenance method
A pedestrian overpass box girder maintenance robot comprises a first maintenance part, a second maintenance part and a connecting shaft, the bottom of the first maintenance part and the bottom of the second maintenance part are each provided with a plurality of walking wheels, the top of the first maintenance part and the top of the second maintenance part are each provided with a hinge seat, and the first maintenance part and the second maintenance part are driven by a first motor to rotate. The two ends of the connecting shaft are hinged to the first overhauling part and the second overhauling part through corresponding hinge seats respectively, driving teeth are arranged at the two ends of the connecting shaft, and second motors are arranged on the first overhauling part and the second overhauling part respectively and meshed with the corresponding driving teeth of the connecting shaft through gears. Electromagnets are respectively arranged on four side walls of the first maintenance part and the second maintenance part, and cameras are arranged on the side walls of the first maintenance part and the second maintenance part. The device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, can replace manual maintenance of the pedestrian overpass box girder, guarantees the maintenance result, and improves the maintenance efficiency.
