The drainage hole soft body device comprises a traction unit and a plugging unit, the traction unit is connected with the plugging unit, the traction unit can float on the water surface and suspend the plugging unit to the position close to a drainage hole needing to be plugged, the plugging unit comprises a bag body capable of deforming, and the bag body makes contact with the drainage hole under the suction effect of water flow close to the drainage hole. The contact part of the bag body deforms in a self-adaptive mode and blocks the front end of the water drainage hole. The plugging unit can be lowered to the same water level of the drainage hole in the preparation stage, the situation that the bag body of the plugging unit sinks after being filled with water and deviates from the drainage hole needing to be plugged is avoided, the bag body capable of deforming is utilized, the contact part of the bag body deforms in a self-adaptive mode, and the front end of the drainage hole is plugged; therefore, the bag body can adaptively form a plugging surface according to the shape of the drain hole and surrounding buildings, so as to ensure the plugging efficiency of the drain hole.
