The collecting device comprises two limiting plates, a first transverse shaft, a plurality of drainage plates, a motor, a second transverse shaft, two collecting plates, a first arc-shaped plate, a collecting box, a first belt wheel and a second belt wheel. Through mutual cooperation of the structures, the technical problem of how to automatically clean and collect garbage on the water surface is solved.
