The invention relates to the technical field of side slope protection, and discloses a lattice beam pre-stressed anchor cable side slope supporting structure and a using method thereof.The lattice beam pre-stressed anchor cable side slope supporting structure comprises anchor holes formed in a side slope and further comprises an anchor cylinder component, and the anchor cylinder component comprises multiple sets of anchor cylinder mechanisms arranged in the anchor holes and used for anchoring the side slope; and the steel cable mechanisms are connected between the anchor cylinder mechanisms and used for conducting fastening connection between the multiple sets of anchor cylinder mechanisms, the fixing arms and the first rotating plates are matched with each other to stably clamp soil and stone of a weathered layer, meanwhile, the bottoms of concrete piles are connected with a hard rock stratum, and therefore the soil and stone can be firmly clamped; the weathered layer is connected with the concrete pile through a fixing arm and a first rotating plate, the needed depth of an anchor hole is reduced while the structural stability is effectively improved, meanwhile, multiple sets of anchor cylinder mechanisms are connected through a steel cable mechanism to form an integrated structure, and at the moment, soil and stone of the weathered layer can be fastened and clamped into a whole; and the stability of weathered layer soil and stones is improved.
