The double-locking quick connector comprises a shell, a pin grabbing hook and an oil cylinder, and a first clamping opening connected with a first machine tool pin shaft and a second clamping opening connected with a second machine tool pin shaft are formed in the two sides of the bottom of the shell correspondingly; the side, close to the first clamping opening, of the shell is hinged to the fixed end of an oil cylinder, and the oil cylinder is connected with a first locking part for locking a first machine tool pin shaft. The side, close to the second clamping opening, of the shell is hinged to the top end of a pin grabbing hook, the tail end of the pin grabbing hook clamps a second machine tool pin shaft, and a second locking part for locking the second machine tool pin shaft is arranged between the shell and the pin grabbing hook. The extending end of the oil cylinder is hinged to the pin grabbing hook in a sliding mode, and the pin grabbing hook is driven by the oil cylinder to rotate. The first locking part and the second locking part are locked and unlocked in sequence along with stretching and retracting of the oil cylinder. According to the invention, a driver can complete the replacement of a machine tool in the excavator through quick replacement, and automatic locking and unlocking are realized, so that the use safety of the excavator is effectively ensured.
