The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle accessories, and particularly relates to a supporting device, a door body assembly and a vehicle. The supporting device comprises a first assembly and a second assembly, wherein the first assembly is provided with a connecting end which is suitable for being rotatably connected with a vehicle body framework; the second assembly is slidably connected with the first assembly, and the end, away from the connecting end, of the second assembly is suitable for being rotatably connected with the door body; the locking device is configured to limit the second assembly to move in the second direction relative to the first assembly when the door body overturns to drive the second assembly to move to a target position in the first direction relative to the first assembly; wherein the first direction is opposite to the second direction, and the target position is any position in the motion trail of the second assembly relative to the first assembly. When the door body is turned over in the opening direction, the second assembly cannot slide in the direction close to the connecting end relative to the second assembly, the door body is in the closing blocked state, the door body can suspend at the target angle, and therefore the opening angle of the door body can be changed according to needs.
