The exteriors of the multiple first suspension wheels are connected with first lifting ropes in a sleeving manner; a plurality of first hanging wheels are arranged to connect first hanging ropes to a lifting mechanism, a plurality of second hanging wheels are matched with the second hanging ropes to be connected to the two sides of the lifting mechanism, the stability of the anti-falling hanging basket during high-altitude operation is improved, lubricating oil is contained in a storage box, and the lubricating oil is guided to drop to the second hanging wheels along with sliding of a plugging block, so that the stability of the anti-falling hanging basket is improved. And part of the lubricating oil is absorbed by the friction cotton to coat the exterior of the second lifting rope, and the situation that the anti-falling hanging basket is jammed and locked in the lifting process is reduced.
