The invention discloses a method for preparing nano LATP (Li1 + xAlxTi2-x (PO3) 4) powder through water-based dispersion, which comprises the following steps of: uniformly mixing and dispersing a lithium source, an aluminum source, a phosphorus source and a titanium source in manners of stirring, ball milling, emulsifying and the like, and then drying, calcining, crushing and the like to obtain the nano LATP powder. The nano LATP powder can be applied to the fields of preparation of solid-state ceramic electrolyte or solid-state composite electrolyte, coating of positive electrode materials and the like. The method does not involve the use of organic solvents or controlled dangerous chemicals, the raw materials are cheap and wide in source, the preparation process is simple, the particle size distribution of the product is uniform, the calcination temperature is low, the crystallinity is high, and the method has a good industrial application prospect.
本发明公开了一种水基分散制备纳米LATP(Li1+xAlxTi2‑x(PO3)4)粉体的方法,其制备过程为:将锂源、铝源、磷源和钛源经搅拌、球磨、乳化等方式均匀混合分散,随后经干燥、煅烧、粉碎等步骤,得到纳米LATP粉体。所述纳米LATP粉体可应用于制备固态陶瓷电解质、或固态复合电解质、以及正极材料包覆等领域。本发明不涉及有机溶剂的使用,不涉及受管制危险化学品的使用,原料廉价且来源广泛,制备过程简单、产物粒径分布均匀,煅烧温度低、结晶度高,具有良好的工业应用前景。
