The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic tile preparation, and discloses a mosaic ceramic tile with a black frame and a crystal glaze imitating effect and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that firstly, black glazed ground glaze is prepared, and a black coloring agent is added into glaze to form the black ground glaze; secondly, the effect of a black frame is achieved by utilizing the shrinkage difference of the ground glaze and the intermediate glaze during firing, and due to the fact that the intermediate glaze is low in high-temperature viscosity, ceramic ink is poor in color development, and patterns are not clear; therefore, the cover glaze of the third layer is Ga-Ba series glaze which is good in ceramic ink color development and fine and matte in glaze surface. And finally, drawing a pattern according to the required crystal flower effect, and printing the pattern on the glaze surface by using an ink-jet printing technology. The ceramic tile product prepared by the method not only has the effect of crystal glaze, but also has the crystal flower effect, luster and color which are not limited. In addition, the method can realize stable production and has high repeatability.
