The invention discloses a red mud-lead zinc tailing based geopolymer consolidation material and a consolidation body. The consolidation material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 to 80 parts of red mud-lead and zinc tailings mixture, 10 to 20 parts of admixture and 5 to 10 parts of admixture. According to the method, the potential hydration activity of the lead-zinc tailings is excited through the strong alkalinity of the red mud, outflow of alkaline substances in the red mud is reduced, the frost return phenomenon is reduced, and lead-zinc ions in the lead-zinc tailings are solidified and stabilized through hydration products; meanwhile, by adding an admixture and an additive, a hydration reaction is further promoted to generate amorphous N-A-S-H gel, so that a better curing effect on heavy metal lead and zinc is achieved, and finally lead and zinc ions in a cured body leachate formed after curing can meet the surface water class II standard; meanwhile, the solidified body has good mechanical strength and can meet the application requirements in the fields of road engineering, tailing filling and building materials.
