All-solid waste negative carbon concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides all-solid waste negative carbon concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) weighing 360-400 parts by weight of a cement-free cementing material, 1000-1100 parts by weight of recycled coarse aggregate, 700-800 parts by weight of recycled fine aggregate, 3-5 parts by weight of a water reducing agent and 160-180 parts by weight of water; (2) mixing and forming the materials through a concrete mixer; and 3) carrying out pre-curing and carbon dioxide curing on the molded product to obtain the all-solid waste negative carbon concrete. The raw materials involved in the invention are all solid wastes, carbon emission is extremely low, carbon sequestration is further performed through carbon dioxide curing, and carbon dioxide absorbed in the carbon sequestration stage is greater than carbon emission in the raw materials and the production process, so that the total carbon emission of the concrete is negative.
