Method for rapidly preparing silica sol shell
The invention relates to the technical field of silica sol shell preparation, in particular to a method for rapidly preparing a silica sol shell. The method comprises the following steps: reacting tetraethyl orthosilicate with a silane coupling agent solution to prepare silane coupling agent grafted and modified silica sol; stirring and mixing the refractory powder, the modified silica sol and an enhancer to obtain slurry; the reinforcer is a mixture of nano silicon oxide and nano boron oxide in a mass ratio of 1: 1; sequentially coating slurry on the surface of the evanescent mode, and spraying sand to form a plurality of shell layers, so as to obtain a silica sol shell green body; and demolding and sintering to obtain the silica sol shell. According to the method, the surface quality of the shell can be improved, the industrial production requirement can be met on the basis of reducing the thickness of the shell layer, the shell preparation efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.
本发明涉及硅溶胶型壳制备技术领域,具体涉及一种快速制备硅溶胶型壳的方法。该方法包括以下步骤:将正硅酸四乙酯与硅烷偶联剂溶液进行反应,以制备形成硅烷偶联剂接枝改性的改性硅溶胶;然后将耐火粉体、改性硅溶胶与强化剂进行搅拌混合,得到浆料;强化剂为纳米氧化硅和纳米氧化硼以质量比1:1的混合;在消失模的表面依次进行涂挂浆料、撒砂,以形成多层壳层,得到硅溶胶型壳坯体;经脱模、烧结,得到硅溶胶型壳。本发明的方法不仅能够提高型壳的表面质量,还能在减少型壳层厚的基础上,满足工业化生产要求,提高制备型壳效率,降低成本。
